Retail loyalty programme

The award winning pure loyalty retail programme provides unique entertainment rewards based on the collection of points in a major high street retailer in UK, Ireland and Canada. Working with a number of client partners, The Insight People team designed, developed and re-launched the pure retail loyalty programme. This included the technical integration of website, point’s engine, data warehouse and development of all communications activity.

Developing data warehouse, customer engagement and KPI reporting

Of strategic importance to the programme was the development of a data warehouse to contain all customer, transactional and loyalty point information.

This provides the insight required to drive the customer engagement programmes essential to the success of the purehmv business.

We manage all data, digital and offline marketing communications as well as providing campaign level and KPI business reporting for UK, Canadian and Irish parts of the business.
